1. Child Safety Standards

Arain Shadi is a matrimonial platform for adults, operated by Ranker Solutions. We are committed to protecting children and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on our app, our website (arainshadi.com) and any related services (together, the "Service").

Arain Shadi has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, account or activity that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited and will be acted on when we become aware of it.

These standards apply to every user of the Service and to all content shared through it, including profiles, photos, messages and any other material. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Age Requirement

Arain Shadi is intended only for adults. To create or use an account, a person must be at least 18 years old and must also meet any higher minimum legal age that applies to them in their country or region.

• Children and minors are not permitted to create, hold or use an account.
• A parent, guardian or relative may manage a profile only on behalf of an adult family member who meets the age requirement. Profiles may not be created for, or represent, a minor.
• If we learn or reasonably believe that an account belongs to or represents a minor, we will remove it.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Arain Shadi:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including real, altered, drawn or computer-generated material.
• Sexual exploitation of minors.
• Grooming, or attempting to groom, a minor.
• Sexual solicitation involving a minor.
• Any sexual or sexualised content involving children.
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor, whether online or in person.
• Requesting, sharing, promoting or linking to any of the above, including through external sites or services.
• Any other conduct that exploits, endangers or puts a child at risk.

This prohibition applies to all parts of the Service, including profile information, photos, messages and any content sent to other users or to our team.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you see, receive or suspect anything that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, CSAM, grooming or any other risk to a child, please report it to us straight away. You do not need to be certain before reporting.

Important: Do not download, save, copy, screenshot or forward any material you believe may be child sexual abuse material, even to report it. Describe where you saw it instead, and we will handle it from there.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police first.

Reports can be made by anyone, including people who do not have an Arain Shadi account. We treat child-safety reports as a priority and handle them confidentially, sharing information only where needed to act on the report or where required by law.

5. Action Against Violations

When we identify or are made aware of content or behaviour that breaks these standards, Arain Shadi may:

• Remove the prohibited content.
• Restrict or suspend the account involved.
• Permanently terminate the account and prevent the person from returning to the Service.
• Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
• Cooperate with lawful investigations and with competent authorities.

The action we take depends on the nature and seriousness of the violation. Accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM will be permanently removed.

6. Prevention and Safety Measures

To reduce the risk of misuse, Arain Shadi uses reasonable safety practices, including:

• An adults-only age requirement for all accounts.
• Ways for users and non-users to report concerns, through the app and by email.
• Review of reported accounts and content, and review of other accounts or content where applicable.
• Enforcement of our community rules and Terms of Service.
• Blocking, suspension and removal of accounts that violate these standards.
• Prompt, careful and confidential handling of child-safety reports.
• Other steps intended to prevent the Service from being used to harm children.

No online service can guarantee that misuse will never happen. We regularly review how we apply these standards and act on concerns as soon as we become aware of them.

7. Reporting to Authorities

Where required by applicable law, Arain Shadi may report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, including CSAM, to the relevant law-enforcement or other competent authorities. We may also preserve and share relevant information with those authorities as permitted or required by law.

8. User Responsibility

Every user is responsible for their conduct on the Service. Users must not upload, share, request, promote or facilitate any content or activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, and must not use Arain Shadi to contact, target or harm a minor in any way. Users who become aware of such content or activity are encouraged to report it using the methods in Section 4.
